Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Connecticut. Please allow a few business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Uh-oh… sometimes life gets messy! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at poocrewadventures@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Returns

Because our books are printed products, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us. We want you to be happy with your Poo Adventures purchase.
